Paid Time Off Policies

Achieving the perfect balance between work and home is different for everyone. That’s why we offer time off to help you relax, recover from illness, handle personal and family matters, or take care of whatever you need. Our time off benefits include:

  • Flexible work schedules
  • Paid time off for vacation and illness

Vacation

Full-time regular employees accrue paid vacation time as follows:

  • Employees with 0-5 years of service: 10 days per year
  • Employees with 6-10 years of service: 15 days per year
  • Employees with 11+ years of service: 20 days per year

The maximum vacation entitlement for part-time regular employees is pro-rated based on hours worked.

Personal Days

The Company grants five (5) Personal Days per calendar year to full-time regular employees. The five (5) days will be pro-rated for part-time employees, based on their schedule.

Bereavement Leaves

  • Time off for jury duty and voting
  • Bereavement Leave

The Company provides regular, full-time employees with a bereavement leave of absence to arrange and/or attend a funeral and to see to the affairs of the estate of a deceased member of his or her immediate family.

You may request up to three (3) working days of bereavement leave for the death of an immediate family member. An immediate family member for the purposes of this policy is a Spouse, Registered Domestic Partner or Civil Union Partner, Son, Daughter, Unborn Child, Mother, Father, Brother or Sister, Grandmother or Grandfather, or Grandchild, including those is a step/in-law relationship. You may also request up to three (3) working days of bereavement leave for the death of an extended family member. An extended family member for the purposes of this policy is an Aunt or Uncle.

Paid Holidays

All full-time, benefit-eligible employees get a paid holiday for many federal holidays and additional holidays may be designated at the company’s discretion.
